We went to Truth or Consequences, NM to the Riverbend Hot Springs.

Truth or Consequences, NM is an interesting little town, it was named in 1950 from a Radio Game show. It is a spa community of only about 2,000 families. It is a major hot springs destination for New Mexicans, so it's a bit of a hidden gem. There are only about 10 hot springs locations and very few local motels and restaurants. However the food is delicious at those place, why do you need many choices when the choices that are available are amazing? You don't, you won't be disappointed while eating in town.
Riverbend Hot Springs is where we went and soaked. It is the one dog friendly spas in town, and they do have over night accommodations.
